How to Submit Your Data

Rules of Submission

You may complete and submit any or all of the questionnaires below.
If you complete and submit the following questionnaires (as a minimum), we will offer you a 50% discount when you purchase the full report:
- IT Spend
- IT Strategy & Governance
- IT Infra & Operations
If you complete and submit ALL the questionnaires, we will offer you an 80% discount on the full report.
The Executive Sentiment Questionnaire must be completed by your CEO, CFO and COO and not by a delegate, CIO or IT Manager.
Your data must be submitted using the electronic forms provided below.
Your data must be submitted no later than 15 July 2022.

Helpful Information

Please note that there is no “Save and Submit later” option when completing the questionnaires. Therefore, we have made the questionnaires available for download in PDF format so that you can prepare before submitting your data.
Download the Excel Templates (provided in some of the sections) before you start submitting your data via the electronic forms.
We have also provided an option whereby you can upload files (such as your Annual Financial Report) from which we can extract certain of the information required.
